How can you change the software on my water softener, it doesn't take disks ? Your Intermountain system is so much more advanced than a regular softener, conditioner or water filter. In fact it is more powerful than some home computers. Intermountain Water's certified technicians and service representatives are equipped with the latest handheld digital programmers that attach directly to your water system to allow your system to receive the software updates through direct digital download, safely and securely.
Do I have to perform the update ? No, you can stay with last-year's technology if you'd like, but more than 90% of respondents in our latest upgrade poll agreed that the update would be a great benefit to them.
Can I perform the update myself ? Unfortunately not, the update should be performed by a technician who has been appropriately trained and certified, to ensure proper installation of the software/hardware as necessary.
